MINOR TALENT PARENTAL / GUARDIAN CONSENT CLAUSE

This clause applies to all submissions made on behalf of individuals under the age of 18 (“Minor Talent”) to KBC Casting via www.kbccasting.com or a liated platforms.
By submitting materials for a minor, you (“Parent/Guardian”) agree to the following:
1.Authority to Submit
You represent and warrant that you are the legal parent or court-appointed guardian of the Minor Talent and have full legal authority to submit their personal information and materials.
2.Consent to Collection & Use
You consent to KBC Casting collecting, storing, reviewing, and sharing the Minor Talent’s materials strictly for professional casting purposes, including evaluation by:
- Producers
- Directors
- Studios
- Networks
- Production companies
- Legitimate casting partners
3.Ownership of Materials
All submitted materials remain the property of the Minor Talent or their legal guardian.
KBC Casting does not claim ownership.
4.Limited License
You grant KBC Casting a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to store, review, and present the Minor Talent’s materials strictly for casting evaluation purposes.
This does not allow commercial use.
5.No Guarantee of Employment
You acknowledge that submission does not guarantee:
